Exemption Declaration

The Best Compani LLC, operator of The New Girl platform, hereby declares exemption from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. ยง2257, 2257A, and the corresponding regulations under 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Grounds for Exemption

1. No Human Subjects

All visual content generated through our platform consists exclusively of computer-generated imagery produced by Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. No actual human beings appear in any visual depictions. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events or locales, is purely coincidental.

2. AI-Generated Content

Our platform utilizes advanced AI technology to generate all visual content. These computer-generated images are created through algorithmic processes and do not involve the participation of human models or performers.

3. No User Uploads

Users are not permitted to upload any visual content for image generation purposes. All content is created exclusively through our controlled AI generation systems using text-based prompts only.

Legal Basis

The federal record-keeping requirements under USC 2257 apply specifically to visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. As our platform generates content exclusively through AI technology without the involvement of human subjects, these requirements do not apply to our operations.

We maintain a stringent commitment to legal compliance and ethical standards in all aspects of our service delivery.

Records & Data Storage Location

USC 2257 requires producers of visual depictions involving actual human performers to maintain specific identification records and designate a records custodian location. Since our platform generates content exclusively through AI technology without any human performers, these statutory record-keeping requirements do not apply to our operations, and therefore no USC 2257 records custodian location is required or maintained.
