Subscription Management
Paid plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the recurring fee to your payment method until you cancel your subscription.
Prices and applicable taxes are clearly shown at checkout. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes to your subscription.
How to Cancel
Method 1: Account Settings
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Navigate to your subscription management section and follow the cancellation prompts.

When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that date.
We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next billing date to ensure the cancellation is processed in time.
Refund Policy
24-Hour Refund Window: If you cancel within 24 hours of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.
After 24 hours, subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges made in error
- Fraudulent charges on our systems
- Where required by applicable law
To request a refund, contact helpme@thenewgirl.io with your registration email and order details.
Important: Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.
Chargeback Policy
If you dispute charges by filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we will respond by providing evidence to prove the charges are valid. This evidence will include all communications you sent and received through our platform.
Important: When responding to chargebacks, our Privacy Policy will not prevent us from disclosing your account activity and messages as evidence of service usage.
